The finishing was off unfortunately and make sure to always tell them ALL THE TEXT you want on the frame, or they tend to skip it.

The frame was delivered to you as it is shipped to others -- in good form. A minor issue which was actually negligible, we could have addressed for you, you chose to rectify yourself, ruining the frame. We offered a refund, and you also asked us to do another frame instead. Which we agreed to, but you still haven't shared the details for it. As for the text, the website is there for a reason, and it is with understanding that the text / details you share will be included. This is how we fulfill all our orders. This frame is quite popular and we fulfill it as requested. <3 Apologies it didn't work out for you.
