Refund policy

Orders in general are confirmed as received and delivered as committed. We are hopeful you will not require a refund at any point pertaining to our products or services.

If however the need arises, the order concerns may be addressed based on individual evaluation.

A refund only applies if your order has been received defected in transit, or fulfilled in a faulty condition. You may email us at smiles@whimsical-firefly.com with details of your concerns. After review, your item may be reimbursed or replaced.

We do not process refunds on the basis of information overlooked or misread by customers pertaining to size, delivery turn around times, material, or anything of similar concern.

Items are not offered an exchange, as majority of the items processed at Firefly are upon request.
