Karachi based orders are shipped via our delivery partner and have an option for Cash on Delivery. Orders customized, printed in bulk, or special request are to be paid for in advance with special handling.

Orders outside Karachi, but within Pakistan are to be paid for in advance via ATM Transfer, Bank Deposit, Online Transfer, Jazzcash, Easypaisa, or Mobicash directly to our mentioned account number (generated upon order email). The items are then shipped via TCS with shipping time of 1-2 working days. THIS IS THE SHIPPING TIME, not the processing time of your requested / required items.
Items once couriered via TCS are no longer under our care. You may call or communicate with the delivery company in case of delay in receiving your order, it being received in a damaged state, etc.
We cannot be held liable for delays in order delivery on account of incomplete contact information, non responsive attempts at time of delivery, or delays due to area restrictions / road closures.
Orders returned or canceled once shipped will not be re-processed. Future orders under such circumstances will not be entertained.
International Shipping is possible on most items and quotation is generated based on weight, volume, and location of delivery.
Items damaged in transit may be reviewed for replacement based on individual basis.
